Blown away by the talent revealed through our CorelDRAW International Design Contest

I’m always amazed at the talent that emerges from everywhere among our vast community of CorelDRAW users. At no time is this more true than during our International Design Contest.

We recently wrapped up the submission phase of our 2011 edition of the contest, and as with the contest in 2009, I’m completely blown away by the quality of the entries received! CorelDRAW users from all over the world proved just how creative, innovative and passionate they are.

Stay tuned as we complete the initial judging phase to determine our finalists. We will be asking you, our community, to assist us with the final judging phase. Look for a follow up post later this month that will include links to the contest galleries on our coreldraw.com community site, where you can vote for your favourite designs. We will then announce the winning designs around the end of July.

Thanks so much to everyone who participated in this year’s contest, and we look forward to sharing the incredible designs with the world!

    Hey John,

Does public voting affect the selection of winners?

    • John Falsetto says:

      Hi Tonic,
It does to a degree, as the public voting was compiled and counted as a collective vote among the other voters from within Corel and from our selected external partners. The public vote, however, does not necessarily provide an indication of who the winners are. Thanks!
      John
